Vendor chain
The full vendor chain Mode uses. Split into two groups: processors (entities that process personal data on Mode's behalf under UK GDPR Art 28 — DPA in place) and public-data services (entities Mode queries for public-web or public-register data, where no personal data of Mode's customers is transmitted).

All transfers to non-adequacy countries use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU SCCs, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the vendor is certified.

These services fetch public-web or public-register data on Mode's query. Analogous to a search engine or public-register lookup — no personal data of Mode's customers or clients is transmitted, so Art 28 processor status does not apply. Listed here for full vendor-chain transparency.
